Commit to Launch 3G Mobile Phones Using Avago's Solution

Chinese Commit recently announced that it has adopted US-based Avago's ACPM-7886 PA (Power Amplifier) modules in its TD-SCDMA/GSM mobile phone reference design, and is expected to launch TD-SCDMA mobile phones based on this solution by the end of 2006. Avago claims that the ACPM-7886 will enable makers to manufacture 3G mobile phones featuring lower power consumption.
